I would like to preface this review by saying we came to Chipotle a few weeks ago and were unable to eat here because there were signs all saying that they were understaffed and all orders had to go through the website. We ordered two bowls upon entering the restaurant. The food itself was fine, but the staff left much to be desired. The atmosphere felt negative as soon as we walked in, and the employee who greeted us had a terrible attitude and seemed disinterested in his job. Another employee further down the line was also rude, wearing an earbud while working and constantly asking customers and colleagues to repeat themselves. Everyone in the restaurant seemed unhappy, except for the cashier who, even then, appeared annoyed by the behavior of the others. One of the worst dining experiences ever to date, here’s the short of it. Dining room filthy…so we decided to take out instead. Cooking/prep area behind the glass…filthy with food spilled everywhere with obvious no attempt to clean. Sloppy presentation when food was prepared. Employees more interested in discussing social issues and their se(x)ual preferences while there’s a line of people at the counter who can hear EVERYTHING being said…..even the kids. This place is a complete failure of management, employee training, employee conduct, and basic restaurant health code. AVOID.
As for the burrito itself, it was absolutely awful! The rice tasted old and the construction was so poor that the entire thing fell apart after just 3 bites. I couldn't even rewrap it. This was incredibly inconvenient for me as I was working from home and had used up all my breaks making trips back to the restaurant. Now, I'm stuck with this disappointing meal that is heading straight into the trash.

Horrible experience here. I had to wait for food to be prepared even though it was an online order. Food was prepared incorrectly and missing ingredients. Ordered chips and was told they're out of them when I picked up the food (was told to call Chipotle to get a refund). The store/counters inside were not clean....overall probably the worst Chipotle I've been to.
Stopped after going to Sesame Place. The staff was busy but the place was pretty empty. Most of the tables needed to be clean, the ice machine was out and lots of people doing pick up. Will just be doing pick up if I need to get food around here.
Solid chipotle. Food was good, restaurant was clean. Only problem is sometimes they do not keep to their posted hours.Parking: You must turn right behind the building to access parking. Turn is difficult to spot.Kid-friendliness: Friendly
Not enough workers, waited a while. Guacamole had an overdose of jalapeño peppers, ice machine was dead on arrival, apparently, cleaning tables is the job of patrons.Otherwise, the food was good.

I ordered a salad bowl just to finish my meal and found a bug in it. I tried calling the restaurant about 10 times but couldn't reach a real person. Please make sure to wash your lettuce.
