Chipotle Mexican Grill

We have been going to Chipotle in Winter Springs since they opened. Usually great food, clean restaurant, and friendly service. However, the last 12-18 months everything has been going downhill quickly. The past 8-10 times we have been there the restaurant was dirty, including where the food is prepared. The lines were long because they consistently run out of food. Tonight was the final straw. We went in at 7:30, well past dinner time, to find dirty tables and they were out of steak and brown rice. As usual, lots of dirty pots and pans on the prep station and all kinds of food scraps on the service station. After waiting 20 minutes to get our food, we get home to find my sons steak was raw...

The raw chicken stuffed and not even pulled the contaminated can. Next, to serve a number of RAW chickens to several people, although it is brought to the staff. I can only blame the upper management for the consistently low motivation, enthusiasm and work ethics. There were several incidents, but I felt that this was the most important to consider. If the employees are so separated and unhappy that all hospitality is thrown into the wind, the working environment and management must really be garbage. I ordered tacos, but they were served smashed in a bowl, making it nearly impossible to enjoy them without getting my fingers messy. If requesting extra cheese is such a hassle, I’d prefer it if you just charged me upfront and made it easier. It was frustrating to ask four times for more cheese while the server only took a tiny pinch each time, with half of it falling off before reaching the burrito. I literally watched him grab just four small pieces of shredded cheese for the burrito.

I had another disappointing experience at this location. The Oviedo site is much better. I frequently receive small portions, incorrect items, and often encounter mistakes at the register. For my taco, I asked for extra fajitas but was given just a tiny amount, and there were only four small pieces of steak on it. I'm not sure what the standard portion size is supposed to be, but I'm certainly not impressed. I'll be avoiding this place until things get better. Reserva una mesa ahora

Despite all of the bad reviews on this chipotle, this is the only chipotle in a 25 mile radius that has not done us dirty. The service may be slow BUT they always have everything and even better, it always tastes good. It?s so out of the way, but whenever we crave chipotle, we will drive here to get it. The one on 436 never has anything and they wait to tell you right at the front. If you what chipotle, this is the best location to go to.

The portion sizes of the bowls feel overpriced, as they are consistently underfilled. While the quality is decent, it’s never particularly fresh. I've noticed this problem at this location for quite a while, and it hasn’t gotten any better. Unfortunately, it's currently the only nearby option available on DoorDash. On a positive note, the chips are always amazing!

The restaurant was busy during lunch time. We felt like we got a bit short changed on the amount of meat put into our carnitas bowls. The tortilla was super chewy and not very good. The drink area was messy and unkept. Tables were not being wiped down either. Of all the locations we have visited, this one is on the bottom of our list.

I?ve been going to this specific location for about 5 years now and the service is getting progressively worse. Lines are always long never have enough food I had to wait 15 mins for steak and brown rice and un top of everything I got this an entire piece of Avocado. This is not it Chipotle do better. This is the smallest burrito I've ever gotten from Chipotle, and it’s cold.
