Chipotle Mexican Grill

Went there to get a burrito and a burrito bowl. They made the bowl fine. When it came time to make my burrito I wanted to try the brisket, so I asked for half steak half brisket. He spooned maybe a few cubes of each which bothered me but whatever. Then when it came time to wrap it he dragged it across the bare counter dumping what little meat was on there out the side. If I'm paying an upcharge on everything already why am I paying that for a massacred veggie burrito? Just the fact that he dragged it all over the counter was enough for me to refuse it but I wasn't going to hold up the line for them to remake it with the last 2 cubes of meat they had. Never going to this location again.

chipotle still pays people to check them? they are literally someone now during the pandemic as well, that is how bad the service is now. if you want to see a replica of this review, you will see the location downers grove westmont on ogden, by microcenter. Thanks!-edit-I didn't want to leave a bad review after the first bad experience, but then it happened again at my next visit 15 minutes away. I go to chick fil a for better customer service. chipotle will soon be the new Popeye’s of (psuedo) Mexican food.

The rice was either extremely undercooked or really old. It looks like they mixed it with perfectly fine rice but regardless it was super crunchy but I was starving because I hadn’t ate lunch all day so I didn’t get a chance to bring it back. I hope they toss it before they serve it to others. I also did try calling but no one answered just to warn them. The staff was very nice though.

this place have new workers when I tell them I will find myself a new location, I will, workers were not kind at all, now I understand, customers can be difficult, but they should not take that on every customer, a worker played around some paper accumulated on my food, while the nice guy did it, he did not apologize, or nothing instead he just laughed at me, the cub Reserva una mesa ahora

just the worst chipotle I've ever had in my life. the employees were nice enough, but I must suspect there is no management here. everything is outside (sauces, servietten, tees). the whole flesh looked like it had been made before a week, very dry and crusty. ends until simply throw it away with the cup ice (no icestee).

This location deserves 0 stars. Franchisee should be embarrassed and manager should not have a job. Pathetic messed up orders multiple times and never have anything in stock. No chicken? Here’s steak even though you ordered chicken on the app. Rice isn’t cooked. No lids? Here is some tinfoil on top. Fire everyone.

Wasn't as good as usual but it was still decent Chipotle. As I was waiting at the light to leave I felt sorry for the Mexican fast food place across the street who had no customers while Chipotle had a line. They shouldn't have opened right across from a Chipotle!

Literally stood in line on a Tuesday night for an hour before being able to order. Make sure you order online. Do not come here thinking it’s a fast food place. Could literally get in to a 5 star restaurant faster. Reserva una mesa ahora

whoever is the GM should be replaced. this n short staff bs is lazy. maybe when covid first started but now you should be able to fully staff yourself. you’re losing so much business

three dishes ordered, and the rice of all three were boiled, very stiff and unbeatable. I had to eat something else.
