I have had a lot issues with my orders at this location. I'm talking meat chunks mixed in to my veggie bowl, missing chips from my order, opening up a bowl that's half empty, order 2x protein and getting a regular serving, the list goes on....I kept coming because I thought maybe it was just a one off, but no, this location is just bad. Yesterday after a long time of avoiding this place I decided to order from here again, because I was tired and hungry and the location was convenient. I'M NOT ONE OF WRITING DESPECTIVE OPINIONS BUT I'M ACTUALLY VERY ANNOYED ? I just bought food at this place and it was extremely disappointing starting with the cleanliness of the place, it was horrible, there was a lot of garbage lying on the floor, the food they placed in my bowl was old. The tomato was not fresh, apparently for several days, I could even count the pieces of meat that were placed in my meal, they were very few, the portions were too small compared to other Chipotle establishments. one of the worst chipotles ive been too. Insanely hit or miss, stale food, i never see them cooking anything up, even on slow days no line the pots are damn near empty.. but what is consistent is the lack of portions they serve lmao. i can count the amount of beans they give you on one hand, and a double scoop of anything is the same as a single anywhere else. I think my bowl is probably 90% sour cream. Location is so prime considering the amount of housing and workplaces near by but thats about the only good thing this place has.. Disappointing.. Not coming back after wasting 5 trips here hoping it was a fluke
Stale chips and salsa at $3? Soggy tacos overloaded with wet ingredients that cant work for to go orders. Flavorless carnitas. Chicken El Pastor was decent in taste and texture. A huge disappointment 3 times in a row now. One time fine. 3 times in a row your store has issues. Ignore this location. It is so busy you spend your entire lunch hour in line. Order online you say? Why bother with online ordering? It still took 25 minutes to eat soggy food in the car as there is very limited seating inside a filthy lobby so they can make room for the long lines. Staff is beyond annoyed they have to work.

Worst Chipotle ever. Extremely disappointing. The food is lukewarm, they got the order wrong and it just looks like overall mess. My order was the Bill Nye bowl (no longer on website; so custom bowl instead). It contains chicken, white rice, black beans, Queso Blanco and roasted chili corn salsa. Everything was there except for the corn salsa, which was ?substituted? with a extremely hot red sauce. The chicken bowl is so spicy, I can?t eat more then a few bites. I wouldn?t ever recommend anyone to go to this location. Worst experience I?ve ever had.
Maybe it's me. I can't seem to get my order made the way I requested. No lettuce means no lettuce. Instead of making another, you picked the lettuce out and still had lettuce in it. Your mini cooler was not filled, so you only had a select choice of specialty drinks, to which I normally buy 2. This is another location with the same nonchalant customer service as the one off of 15-501.
The young woman wearing a hijab and glasses was quite unprofessional and dishonest during my visit. Initially, she was rude to me, and when I tried to use my gift card—something I’ve successfully done multiple times before—she falsely claimed that it wasn’t activated. I believe she should be let go, as her behavior was dismissive and unhelpful.
I visited this restaurant at 11:10 AM, but they had run out of chicken, hard shell tacos, and several other items. The service was poor, and management seems lacking. I would suggest choosing a different Chipotle instead.

The restaurant ran out of sour cream and vegetables. The work and drink station was unclean. I won't be returning.
First time having chipotle and absolutely loved it!10/10 will be going back
