This chipotle does not close to 10pm I understand cleaning up early but to walk in a little before 9pm and they are cleaning all the floors have all the food out of the trays and nothing on the line and there are people still coming in and there just slop from all the food all day everywhere and they guys are scrubbing and cleaning while they are trying to slide food down it’s just nasty and they cant even serve them because they done cleaned up so early that there’s no food it’s all put away and no chicken or steak so everyone was just leaving it’s just unprofessional and management needs to change or figure out a System of closedown.
Today we went to order two burrito bowls and noticed a lack of cleanliness in both the food and common areas. For instance, I found particles of dirt in the lettuce and tomatoes, indicating that they do not wash all their vegetables properly. The restroom was also very dirty. Additionally, it seems that the portion size of the burrito bowl has been reduced either by the company or the location, as mine was significantly less full than usual.
Food was alright. Older Hispanic lady at station two doing veggies need to learn some patience. She was already putting pico in the dish without me saying anything yet. I was on the phone while taking the order for that person. Kid in front counter gave anattitude when I told them I was waiting for the tortilla on the side. Then he is starting in blank space for a solid minute.Other locations are better trained it seems.
Drive to any other Chipotle. I watched 3 customers in front of me all complain to the staff about the crazy small portion sizes they were scooping. When I ordered, my “full portion of rice” was less than 2/3 of the scoop spoon. The rest of the ingredients went the same way.Chipotle is great BUT drive to a different one. The management is obviously trying to save money at the expense of its customers.

The best Chipotle! I ordered online for fast pickups and usually other Chipotle would do half scoops instead of full scoops or what so ever. But this store did really give me generous amounts. I am very satisfied. I also ordered some salsa on the side andthey got it ready accordingly. One of salsa wasn't closed all the way so it leaked but it was okay.
I would ideally like to give 4.5 stars. Quick service, good food, good attitude of the staff. The place was clean but a little bit of tidiness could have been better. Forks were running out. I picked the last one. That said, it was right after lunch timeso it's understandable. I will go back to this location.
I just ordered Chipotle and I am severely disappointed with the guacamole. It did not resemble guacamole at all, just chunks of avocado. It seemed like they were being lazy and couldn't be bothered to make Chipotle's famous guacamole. Someone should be fired for this.
I have to say WOW they are fast with orders online! They are great with portions this is a HUGE BURRITO! This is definitely my favorite Chipotle to go to for lunch the food is top notch and it will not disappoint!Come hungry leave happy!

The odor in this restaurant is unpleasant and there is no justification for such a strong smell. The staff also do not seem to be following proper food safety practices.
