Chipotle Mexican Grill

I just received my pick up order, I was in a rush and I was hungry. The first error that I noticed was white rice instead of brown. As I'm eating, I noticed that they also only put chicken and rice in the burrito... I didn't get any steak, guacamole, beans, tomato, sour cream and cheese. And I paid for that. Lady on the phone said that if we gonna come back, they can remake it, but I didn't have time for that. I was planning to pick up the food and continue my schedule. Then she said she's not able to do anything with that. I am really disappointed.

They have an special pickup area with a special employee and kitchen just for the online orders. I like it but what can they improved a little be can be on the customer service since I have been here several times but the employee keep being rude when we ask question and doesn?t looks friendly.

In and out of the 3 people I saw working, only the 1 woman has actually put together a food order. He asked the guy what was going on because everyone went out and he said they weren't on foot serving as they were short staff. Why do you have your doors open? Why not communicate?

Oh, Lord, that was the worst chipotle I've ever had. The servants questioned me like a little child. They had constant talks, and they ignored many things I asked. And then the food was great.

This place is up to the quality of hit or miss. Some days food is ok, other days your Burrito can be such aggy cold mess.
