Chipotle Mexican Grill

We usually enjoy Chipotle and order from them frequently without any issues. However, this particular order was terrible! The meat was mostly fat and gristle, and we ended up spitting out more than we could eat. To make matters worse, there was a large chunk of gristly chicken in our queso dip! Why would there even be meat in the queso dip? The preparation was very poor, and the quality of this order was subpar. We might reconsider ordering from Chipotle again.

I ordered a quesadilla and instead received something that looked more like a burrito. There was no cheese, and the tortilla wasn't grilled. Instead of a quesadilla, I got a half-folded raw tortilla that wasn’t even rolled up like a proper burrito. My chosen sides were just piled inside, rather than being presented separately as shown in the menu images. Honestly, I'm not even sure what to call this dish!

The rice was completely uncooked in my burrito bowl. It was crunchy, hard and totally inedible. The rice is the total base of the entree so needless to say way overpriced for something that went straight into the trash. So dissappointing because I order this all the time at other Chipotles and this has never happened.

I just left this Chipotle after placing an order for my daughter. She said the lettuce tasted like salt, and I think it actually tasted like soap. I'm trying to call the store, but they keep telling me to go to the website to file my complaint, which is really inconvenient since I'm already on the freeway.

Wow this place was good, I wish the one by home would taste this great. Hey thank you chipotle staff for serving me right, especially the shorter girl, she really did a good job. Thank you!

I'll tell you what I've noticed that everytime a woman makes my burritos they are way way better! My wife and I think it's because women just care more...anyone else notice this?

This restaurant is absolutely delicious! I really enjoy their burritos, and the portion sizes are very generous. I could eat here every day! I give it 5 stars!
