Chipotle Mexican Grill

my wife and I finally reached our breakpoint with chipotle. in the last few years we have gone to less pft due to service and cleanliness problems, but we are ready to observe that our foods are so badly prepared but above all unsafe. say to the employees, the management and the property not to interfere with gum gloves. if they have the same people in the cash, treat the credit cards and money and then back to prepare another customer eating and touching ingrediants to go into the food without changing gloves or sanitating them, why disturb? from the view of it, there are many reports and contributions with similar problems, but nothing seems to be addressed. So we simply take our business...

I have been coming to this location for years. Over the last year or two their service has become awful. Careless and lazy employees. Their dining area is always a mess...their line is also a mess with their food all mixed up. And when you ask them to change something the get angry and haphazardly throw your burrito together. I'm not too hard to please and I work in food service so I can understand quite a bit but this is too much. So dissapointed that we will never return to this location.

my man and I have taken away from here. When we came home, I opened my bowl and there was a mistake that could crawl out of him. I called and they offered me a refund or they could return my food. we were not able to return to the restaurant to get new food, so I was without dinner. at least they gave me back for my meal. I don't want to order from here again?

I ordered my meal through the chipotle website on 26 March 2022 and my meal was delivered and it was nothing I had ordered. I then called the Chipotle number, which is fully automated and I couldn't get a real person to tell them that they put the wrong lid on my bowl. all I want is my money back hope that I hear something soon

delicious food and friendly staff. always ingenious. I would not recommend online order, it took longer, then it would have.
