I visited this restaurant once and found it appallingly dirty. I thought it might just have been a rough, busy day, and since the food was okay, I decided to give it another try today. Unfortunately, the entire interior of the restaurant was absolutely filthy. There were used napkins strewn all over the floor as soon as I walked in, no clean tables available, while some staff members were sitting down eating. The cleanliness of the restaurant was another issue—garbage was overflowing from the bins and litter was scattered across the tables and floor. The beverage station looked like it had been hit by a tornado. This was all before I had even touched my food. If the front of the restaurant looked like this, I can't imagine what the kitchen must be like.
The cashier informed me that they were out of chips until the next delivery, but how does that happen? Customer service was lacking as well; it was off-putting to see the cashier touching her mouth and face, then handling cash, and immediately afterward, touching customers' food without washing her hands. I would not recommend this restaurant. There was no hand sanitizer at the entrance, and the staff couldn't provide any information about its availability in the bathroom. The food was disappointing; the cilantro rice was under-seasoned, and the fajita vegetables were lackluster. To top it off, I noticed flies on the cup lids. The overall cleanliness and attention to detail were quite concerning.
This location often seems to run out of items. I visit several times a week and frequently find that they don’t have what I’m looking for. Today, they were out of vinaigrette and fajita vegetables. The person in charge of inventory and ordering really needs to improve their efforts. If I'm unable to get the toppings I want, I shouldn’t have to pay the same price.
I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. Mobile orders are frequently unprepared and not ready for pickup. They forget your drink over 90% of the time. The food and service are highly inconsistent. The only reason I go there is that I work in healthcare and need a convenient option close by. I recommend avoiding this restaurant.
