Chipotle Mexican Grill

I went there today November 15th at around 12 pm and let’s just say that I would have preferred to not eat than to have dealt with the attitude of the people working there that shift. I understand people have bad days, but what bothered me most was the woman who was at the register. I simply asked her to double check that she was giving me the right order bc she almost gave the guy ahead of me the wrong order so I figured the next two orders had also gotten mixed up. With a bad attitude she told me no that she was giving me the right order. She proceeded to put my food in the bag aggressively almost crushing me chips. I didn’t say anything to her. I don't know who creates this place or whether chipotle corp even knows what they're doing. they never close to the hours that were set on google in the internet or here. several nights I tried to order almost an hour before closing and they always hold a temporary paper at their door that they are closed. it looks as if the staff close early to do the “cleaning”. really annoying to have a chain store that does not correspond to what is expected or advertised. also no possibility to order on the internet or to get someone the phone. What a waste!

Every time I come here it’s something new with them. Last time they forgot multiple things in my order. This time I did a mobile order for 6:10 pick up and it’s currently 6:37 and have not received my food. Everyone is frustrated. Everyone please go to chipotle in Clifton. They are so fast and efficient. Unlike here. I hate that they’re the closest location to me but I’m willing to make the drive from now on. They obviously can’t handle the business.

Probably one of the worst Chipotle I've been too. Always super busy because they have one girl or guy doing orders and 10 people in the back. Employees too bust flirting with eachother in front of customers instead of helping. Girl taking my order almost passed out because she was dizzy. (Probably over worked since she was the only one handling orders) sometimes my bowls are covered in oil. Never a good experience when I'm there Reserva una mesa ahora

Online experience only, never dined inSeamless process, my order was correct, warm and as desired. lately, many Chipotle sites have misorders or cold meal times that are annoying and a waste of my time. I am really grateful that the staff took the time to read and prepare my order correctly. I'm not a fan of online ordering, but I would order again.

Do not order from here!! We ordered from them on GrubHub and they sent the wrong food twice in one night, and wouldn't answer the phone to resolve the issue. The sticker on the outside had one name and the food inside had a different name entirely. This isn't the first time they've messed up either. The service at this place is a disaster!

Knew this chipotle was going down hill a loooong time ago! Online orders take more than 20+ mins to be ready instead of on time, not having ingredients out for customers on the line, sloooow service just to get a meal… I just want to thank GOD I switched locations asap!!

The queso was literally curdled. They were out of beans. Didn’t apply the correct rewards to my order. Just go someplace else and save yourself the hassle.
