I visited Chipotle Mexican Grill on November 15th around noon, and honestly, I would have preferred skipping my meal rather than dealing with the attitude of the staff on that shift. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but the woman at the register was particularly unpleasant. I simply asked her to double-check my order because she nearly gave the man ahead of me the wrong food, so I thought mine might be mixed up too. Instead of helping, she responded with a bad attitude, insisting my order was correct. She then aggressively shoved my food into the bag, almost crushing my chips. I’m not sure who runs this place or if Chipotle’s corporate office is aware of the situation. They never stick to the hours listed on Google or online. Several times, I tried to order nearly an hour before closing, only to find a temporary sign on the door saying they’re closed. It seems like the staff shut down early to do cleaning. It’s really frustrating to have a chain restaurant that doesn’t meet the expectations or hours it advertises. Plus, there’s no option to order online or even reach someone by phone. What a disappointment!
Every time I come here it’s something new with them. Last time they forgot multiple things in my order. This time I did a mobile order for 6:10 pick up and it’s currently 6:37 and have not received my food. Everyone is frustrated. Everyone please go to chipotle in Clifton. They are so fast and efficient. Unlike here. I hate that they’re the closest location to me but I’m willing to make the drive from now on. They obviously can’t handle the business.
Probably one of the worst Chipotle I've been too. Always super busy because they have one girl or guy doing orders and 10 people in the back. Employees too bust flirting with eachother in front of customers instead of helping. Girl taking my order almost passed out because she was dizzy. (Probably over worked since she was the only one handling orders) sometimes my bowls are covered in oil. Never a good experience when I'm there

The recent renovation has added an enjoyable atmosphere to the restaurant! The updated menu now offers options that I had been craving. These changes have solidified this place as my go-to spot for a sports bar night out. The staff remains friendly and attentive, and managers are always present to address any concerns. This restaurant continues to exceed my expectations and never fails to disappoint.
Avoid ordering from here! We placed an order through GrubHub and received the wrong food not once, but twice in the same night. They didn’t answer the phone when we tried to resolve the problem. The label on the outside had one name, but the food inside had a completely different name. This isn’t the first time they’ve made mistakes either. The service here is a complete disaster!
Knew this chipotle was going down hill a loooong time ago! Online orders take more than 20+ mins to be ready instead of on time, not having ingredients out for customers on the line, sloooow service just to get a meal… I just want to thank GOD I switched locations asap!!
The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious. However, there may be a wait depending on the time of day. The 3 for $10 menu option is a great deal, but prices for other menu items have increased.

My wife and son love Chipotle. My wife loves the chips with the cornsalsa. I was there 6/20/15. The chips and Corn Salsa were not put in my pocket. When I came home, my wife almost made me back.
The queso was literally curdled. They were out of beans. Didn’t apply the correct rewards to my order. Just go someplace else and save yourself the hassle.
