Chipotle Mexican Grill

I had a quick and friendly experience placing my order. I requested some Chipotle sauce, which the cashier mentioned would be available in the lobby. When I went back to let him know they were out, he pretended to check but then said he couldn’t assist me because he was busy paying out other customers. I ended up eating my meal without the sauce, but it was still quite tasty. Unfortunately, the tables didn’t appear to be wiped down, and I noticed an employee engaged in what seemed like a fake argument with a relative, which was distracting. I’m giving it 4 stars because the meal was fresh and delicious.

I dropped by yesterday for dinner after a long day and was feeling quite tired and a bit down. However, the staff was incredibly friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work, which really brightened my mood. Thank you, Chipotle, for the delicious dinner and for turning my evening into a pleasant one! I wish I had caught their names; I was there on Tuesday around 6:45 PM. Those young employees definitely deserve recognition for their cheerful service. Meal type: Dinner.

Love chipotle but they should close at 9pm if you are going after 9pm just go to Taco Bell this one is open until 11pm after 9 whatever they are out of they are out of not going to make more of it they are friendly and food is good they just run out of stuff after 9 Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The customer service at this restaurant requires improvement. The food is decent, but not exceptional. I ordered takeout for lunch, and the cost per person was between $10 and $20. I visit this location every so often when I’m in the area for work. This has to be the worst chipotle in the South Bend area. The food is always extremely salty. So much so it’s almost impossible to finish. It’s been this way for well over a year. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I worked at Chipotle for two years, and I can confidently say that this location is the best. The food is always fantastic, and the staff is consistently wonderful. It's the most reliable location in Northern Kentucky.

The drive-thru offered small portions, and the waiting time was quite slow for a takeaway service. Overall, I would rate the food as a 3, the service as a 3, and the atmosphere also as a 3.
