The customer service at this chipotle in Montebello is horrible and the manager on the PM shift at 5pm is horrible. I arrived at chipotle and found one worker diligently trying to get all the to go orders ready. He apologized and said he'd be with me shortly. 10 minutes of waiting goes by a line starts to form behind me and two females emerge from the back of the store. I visited this restaurant on the evening of November 16, 2023, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The girl who prepared my food was not very friendly, and the quesadillas I received were burned, with paper stuck to them. When I asked to see them, she only showed me a corner. I requested that she make one again, but she told me it would turn out the same. Meanwhile, the man assisting her was willing to remake both quesadillas, but she insisted they were fine. I found this to be very poor customer service, and as a result, I will not be returning. I spent over $46, only to come home and throw away half of my order. We were rushed to eat and then asked to move. Hire people with more common sense. We Arrived 2 hours before closing.Arrived 8. Stepped into to the restroom to wash up. Came out ordered food and paid by 8:11pm. So we sat outside around 8:15. 5 minutes later a kid that works there starts cleaning up. The design of the restaurant is decent, but the tables could use more frequent cleaning. The seating is comfortable enough, and there is indoor seating available. It seems that outdoor seating might be shared between this restaurant and Habit. I think things have improved, but I used to notice that the staff often hid in the back while one dedicated female employee worked hard to serve everyone on her own, calling out for help until her coworkers slowly started to come out.

I visit this restaurant almost once a week for my lunch break since my office is just a few streets away. The food is always fantastic, but today was different. When I arrived at 12:20, I stood there for six minutes while everyone just stared at me and ignored my presence, not taking my order. When I tried to pay, my card wasn’t going through, and I accidentally took my bag from the counter as I was reaching for my card. The cashier then told me it didn’t go through and took the bag back. After multiple attempts, my payment finally went through, but this was the worst experience I've had there. It wasted my time and made me feel uncomfortable, as if I had done something wrong.
I love coming to this Chipotle. It's always super-duper clean.It's super low key when you dine in.I typically order pick up and it's always ready with my name on and placed on the shelf across from the register. I don't even have to talk to anybody, I just walked in, pick it up, and walk out... lickety-split, easy Peezy, lemon squeezy,.Also, chipotle's guacamole recipe is on point every single time, and they make it perfectly.
Has Chipotle gone dowe in quality or what...? the chips were so stale! no lemon/lime flavor! the guacamole was horrible...not fresh whatsoever! I think we were given the batch before it's thrown out. Cmon Chipotle, be better
