Chipotle Mexican Grill

The girl at the cashier during my visit had the worst attitude I have ever experienced. I tried to get her name but they were not wearing name tags. When asked to scan my barcode for my reward in my app she replied that she doesn?t know anything about the app. When I figured it out myself (free guacamole) and scanned, the price did not adjust. She refused to help me and told me just to pay, which I proceeded to do. We then realized the guacamole was never put in the bag even though we paid for it. Same girl also refused to give a water cup. I have never met someone so unpleasant in my life to every single customer waiting to pay. Go across the street to Fat Boy Burrito where the whole staff...

Bad place!! I asked for a small addition for my son in the children's portion and they did not agree to add it. In addition, the place is dirty and there was no table to sit. In addition, when I complained, the manager laughed in my face instead of giving service! Don't come here!

Workers have atrocious organization skills. Told me to wait 10-15 minutes just to tell me they ran out of food. This is the fourth time. Completely unacceptable. I gave this place too many chances and I will not be returning.

Go to Cabo Fresh in TJ Max parking lot ?.less expensive and they give you an honest serving of meat ?..this place skimps on meat so you need to order ? double? that costs more ?rip off
