I ordered a bowl with chicken, some queso, and chips. They forgot to include the chips in my bag, so I had to go back inside to get them. No big deal; mistakes happen. However, as I was leaving, I couldn't resist trying one of the chips, and it was clear something was off. The taste was different from what I was used to—I couldn't taste any lime at all, and the texture was unusual. Still, I kept munching on them with my queso because I was quite hungry.
When I reached the bottom of the bag, I discovered the reason behind the odd taste: the last chip was half soggy and half crunchy, and the soggy side was soaked in lime juice. After that disappointment, I opened my bowl... only to find it la...
Im not sure what is going on here but the last two times we have been here, the food has been atrocious! I feel a little bad leaving this review but I had high hopes today as we grabbed lunch earlier expecting fresh quality. It been months since we have been here, today was worse than last time. Peppers were old and had an awful after taste that did not go away. Picked them out of my bowl. My husband got a few pieces of meat on one side of his burrito. Chipotle used to be really good... No flavor or not good flavor, skimp on everything (rice and lettuce is not expensive guys) and just plain disappointing. I will say the store was clean and their lemonade was good.
I am very disappointed. If you see wilted greens, you should not serve them to customers. It's unacceptable to get upset when a customer requests fresh greens; no one wants to eat wilted greens. Additionally, since you mentioned there is an extra charge for guacamole, I would appreciate receiving the correct portion rather than half of what is typically served.
I really enjoy this Chipotle location. The staff is friendly, and the food is always prepared just how I like it. Unlike my recent experience at a Stockton location, I’m not charged extra for salsa here. I'm also glad they've replaced the paper straws; they used to get soggy before I could finish my drink.

The food is usually delicious, however the bad service from one particular employee can make or break a business. Do better Chipotle hire people that like their job and aren't in such a hurry to push you out. Very disappointed
This Chipotle location in Lodi is relatively new and has a pleasant atmosphere both inside and out. They serve delicious Chipotle food, which is always a win. The service is excellent, just like it always is!

It seems like one of the good chipotles. Not all chipotle's are created equally.
