My brother and I come here pretty often, and almost every single time we are disappointed with something new! Whether it's customer service, portion, missing items, or wait time, our experience here hasn't been the best. Our burritos have always been overfilled with too much food to where it rips, or our salad bowls have been too little. We never know what to expect each time! We love Chipotle itself, which is why we come here often but I definitely do not recommend this location! We've had way better service elsewhere.
I went in at 9:26 pm before they closed at 10pm the worker on the grill was cleaning the grill already for closing. I wanted Chicken burritos, but they ran out of chicken. I didn't want the other meats because they are almost 2 dollars more. They gave a fit about making more chicken. The manager was a **** n the girl workers all got snotty attitudes. I use to come here since 2017 idk what happened but the service isn't the same. She put so much juice salsa in my burrito that it was soggy when I got home.
I've never written or intended to write a Yelp review, but the food quality at this restaurant was so terrible that I felt compelled to share my experience. My bowl had no more than eight pieces of chicken, and the beans were served at room temperature. This has been a consistent issue for me, and if I could give zero stars, I definitely would.
I'm not quite sure what has happened to this restaurant. The regular portion sizes now resemble children's meals, and the food is often stale, unavailable, or burnt. We used to come here often, but now it's our last resort.

The food at Chipotle is excellent, but the service feels a bit rushed. I felt pressured to make quick decisions, which made it difficult to decide what to order.
I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant until my friend ended up getting sick and vomiting his food. This was the cause of the issue.
Me and my brother both got chicken bowls here and both got food poisoning later that night. Def something wrong w the chicken
BTW. Still have not heard from anybody at Chipotle in over 10 months. I guess they don't read or care about there reviews .

Customer service is always great, food is always ready when I pick up, and nice and kept clean.
Lunch time, snails pace service. 20 minutes to help 1 customer. Literally, 1 customer... smh
