Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food was excellent as usual. There was no one in line when I walked into the store. I walked up and down between the cash register and the counter and 7 different people were working behind the counter. The only person who acknowledged me a was the guy who was opening the food bags and cooking. 2 people were looking at something on a phone and the rest were doing various jobs. Finally, the man who was cooking said something to the 2 on the phone and about a minute later the woman came up to serve me and the gentleman who had come in behind me. Badly managed. Standing in line, i'm the 6th person, they have 6 people working (I can see them) but only one working the counter. So they have one guy making food and ringing up customers. It wasn't until there were at least 10 or more people waiting before the had someone else come up and help. I got a $12 burrito that was all rice and when unwrapped from tin foil, completely fell apart. The guy making my burrito was rude, asked me a question, which i answered, was more concerned about other things that he wasn't listening to me, so i had to repeat myself, this happened more than once. It's my last time going to this poorly managed Chipotle.

Honestly, this place is no joke. I've heard that the staff at this Chipotle are some of the most creative employees in the entire franchise. They manage to mess up orders in ways you wouldn’t think possible. If you want to order your meal and receive either an incomplete order or even a completely wrong one, this is the place for you. They're open until 10 PM every day, ready to get your order wrong. If you go there five times, you can expect to be disappointed almost every time. I’ll probably visit again next week when everything in my life feels too good to be true, just to remind myself of what disappointment tastes like.

I decided to swing by Chipotle for a quick meal and parked in the lot when I arrived. I was eager to try their new plant-based chorizo, so I placed an online order, which was ready when I got there. I also ordered for my clients, but unfortunately, none of the meals were labeled, so I had to sift through them to identify which was which, and the staff wasn't much help. I placed an order online and picked it up in the store with my name on the bag. When I got home someone else's order was in my bag. I tried to get a resolution but the phone number referred me to the app. The app is automated and does not give an option for mistakes like this. I tried to call the store but it goes to voicemail. Unbelievable terrible service from the store and Chipotle as a corporation.

I?ve never had a worse Chipotle experience than at this location. We ordered 3 bowls online and they got every single order incorrect, didn?t give us the guac we paid extra for on any of the bowls, forgot the chips and the order wasn?t ready until over 15 minutes after the pickup time. The store was not well kept and the employees were rude and lazy.

Used to be ok but has gone downhill. Twice my orders have been missing salad dressing, and the chip portion was abysmal most recently. I'm talking half the portion they used to give out. Why am I paying so much for chips/salsa when I could more easily get 10x the amount for the same price at a grocery store?

The restaurant was quite messy, with overflowing garbage near the napkin area. I ordered a kids' "build your own" meal, but I received a bowl with less food than I expected for children! Additionally, the Diet Coke from the soda machine tasted almost sour. Reserva una mesa ahora
