There have been several instances where I’ve been disappointed by the food I’ve received at this specific location, and the only reason I keep giving it another shot is because it’s the most convenient on my way home. First two times I got delivery and found hair in my food (awful start). This time, I ordered ahead and when I came to pick up my food at the time it was supposed to be ready, it seemed they hadn’t even started on my order until I told them the name of the order I was supposed to pick up. It was fine at first since I wasn’t in a rush. But then I saw them pack a burrito instead of the bowl I ordered. I usually wouldn’t say anything if it was a small mistake but it was a whole dif...
So, I came into this chipotle (That I've went to many times 40+ times) and got my usual order of a Burrito. At exactly 7:27 pm on 10/19/23 I paid for my order and went home to eat and took a bite out of my Burrito and there were pieces of rice that were hard (Undercooked). It's like 70% uncooked rice and 30% cooked rice...... Also, the beans are undercooked too and hard. I recommend not buying from here.... Definitely not coming back.
I am giving this rating because they frequently forget to include the guacamole. While the food is really good, the delivery service needs to be more attentive and read the orders carefully. Just imagine eating your meal without guacamole and dressing—it's very disappointing.
