It's disappointing because I've visited this restaurant many times, and each experience has been marred by a group of teenagers treating it like a hangout spot instead of taking the job seriously. They seem to lack fundamental skills in work ethics and customer service, which are essential in this business. As a well-known corporate chain, I am surprised that such poor management and lack of adult supervision are tolerated. This location has come a long ways since they first opened, which is expected when a new restaurant opens up. Staff is very friendly and I love the drive thru feature for mobile orders. This is the fastest way to order Chipotle. No more waiting in line! Download their app or use their website and place your order. I suspected they were up to no good because they were speaking loudly enough for me to overhear their plans. Remarkably, both of the workers ended up helping this customer with their order. During my wait, I noticed five male employees in total, but none seemed to be doing much. Additionally, I saw one of the teens handling food with a gloved hand while he pulled out his phone, which didn't seem very sanitary. One of the food prep workers even attempted to disguise brownish guacamole to make it look fresh—a sight I had never encountered at Chipotle before. I ordered online and when I went to pick it up, I discovered that my order was missing the sofritas, which is the main component of the burrito. They didn’t mention anything when I picked it up or indicate that they couldn't fulfill the order; they just handed me the bag as is, which contained only rice and lettuce. Even the sticker receipt stated that sofritas was included in my order. When I reached out to the restaurant, they informed me that they were out of sofritas and advised me to contact customer support online to request a refund. The staff have no idea what they?re doing at all. Very sloppy, unorganized, it was 6:30 pm on a Friday night and they had nothing. No beans, they weren?t making anymore. Not on point with refilling steam table. My portions were so tiny and then a ton of steak. I got 3 bowls and all 3 were horrible. $53 on garbage. The counter is disgusting as well, doesn?t look like it was cleaned once all day. Good everywhere, the bottoms of the bowls were dirty with food stuck to them from the counter.

Basically always a mess inside the dining area. They clean the tables with dirty rags because it always leaves dried swirls all over the table tops. Toppings all over the floor pretty much all the time. Employees with single use gloves that never take them off and do multiple different tasks including handling money wearing the same gloves. Just don 't even wear them at that point. I stopped going to this location. I 'm all set.

What is wrong with the nasty staff!!!??? This was my 3rd trip to the Torrington location. Staff is always rude. Um, I?m sorry I inconvenience them. Got my burrito home and the chicken was all fatty, lettuce was brown and the chips they give you were stale as can be. I used to love Chipotle when I lived down south. Maybe I?ll try a different location, but I won?t be back.to this one. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

The restaurant is extremely clean and well-managed, although it is a bit understaffed. I was pleased with the service provided. The meals were wonderful as well; I highly recommend the brown rice, pinto beans, mild salsa, greens, chicken, and cheese. Reserva una mesa ahora

I was craving some late-night Chipotle, so I decided to stop by. Unfortunately, they forgot to include my sour cream. It’s disappointing when you don’t get everything you paid for. I really need that sour cream!

Ordered a steak burrito and had no steak in it, will never order here again! Kids quesadillas weren?t even warm like the cheese was never melted. Go elsewhere
