It's very sad to see what's happening to chipotle especially this location in particular. 10 years, I have ordered my burrito exactly the same way with a extra pinch of cilantro. At this branch, and this branch only they now refuse to give out an extra pinch of cilantro, which is probably the cheapest ingredient on the menu. They site safety which scares me. What? they don't even wash their ingredients? I wonder what they will put in when it is gone because with Customer Service like this, I'm sure they won't be around long.
I was in need of a quick lunch and decided to try Chipotle. I have always had a positive experience at every location I have visited. This time, I ordered a regular bowl with a mix of chicken and beef, along with a small amount of salsa, corn, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole. The meal was delicious and satisfying, perfect for getting my protein fix. I look forward to returning to try more items from their menu.
I received a generous portion of food, but I was not impressed with the "carne asada" dish as it tasted strange. It seemed like it was seasoned with sugar instead of salt. I will not be ordering the "carne asada" again and will opt for chicken next time.
Th kids build your own work great for my elders residents, they love outside food, mostly Mexican and the tacos in this way, its enough and great for diabetics that like to eat with mesure heavy food.

I spent $30 on my meal at the restaurant. The Burrito Bowls did not have their usual portion size and I did not receive any utensils or napkins with my order.
The service at this restaurant was good, however, the food was quite disappointing. My burrito was lukewarm and tough, and the chips were overly salty.
The beans are consistently cooked perfectly, the rice is delicious, and the portion sizes are just right. However, the prices are way too steep.
The chicken was overly salty, and all we received was the extra chicken we ordered. They forgot to include our main order, the chipotle bowl.
