Ignore the negative reviews! This Chipotle location is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. It's clear that some entitled and affluent patrons in the community have unrealistic expectations and unfairly blame the employees for simply doing their jobs. Remember, it's Chipotle's corporate policies that determine how much filling goes into your burrito, not the workers themselves. If you politely request extra rice or other ingredients, the staff is always willing to help. Keep in mind that these employees are underpaid for the demanding work they do; being courteous and patient can really enhance the experience for everyone involved. Keep up the great work!
This is the worst Chipotle on the planet, I've been giving them chance after chance, their food is insanely bland and they don't know how to cut fat off the steak, bunch of teenagers work here and they are clueless. The Chipotle in Vallejo is absolutely amazing, I went there last week and I couldn't believe how good the food was, it's exactly how I remember Chipotle. I don't know if this Chipotle is independently owned or what the deal is but enough is enough, I'll never come here again. Huge waste of money, heck Taco Bell tastes better then this disgusting Chipotle.
We went back to Chipotle to sort out our order, and instead of getting the correct bowl, they handed us one that wasn't even ours. So, not only did we pay for a bowl that we didn't receive, but we also got a bowl we didn't want. They didn't even attempt to remake our missing bowl because it was busy.
To make matters worse, I found a spider in my bowl, so I couldn't eat it at all! My brother-in-law ended up with a bowl he didn't order, while my husband was the only one who received a correct and pest-free meal. This experience has been incredibly disappointing.
This location has been hit and miss for me. Sometimes I've had to wait for the cashier to hand me an online order, sometimes the food wasn't ready when it was scheduled to be, sometimes the portion was smaller, and sometimes the tabletops have been dirty even when there were no customers inside. However, I've ordered about twice in the last month and they seem to be more consistent now picked up online orders from the shelf and food portions have been on par with other Chipotle locations.

First time in along time and not impressed. Ordered a barbacoa bowl rice and beans were tasty but meat was not shredded and had big chunks of fat. The chips were hit and miss between stale and too salty. Service was great though music a bit loud
Super disappointed. Got home with my pick up order, via app. Missing my chips from my 'chips and guacamole ' SUPER disappointed. Tried calling store and no luck to getting a hold of someone to reimburse me back.... Make it right
Ordered bowl with Carne Asada. Meat was tough, 3 pieces had gristle and weren't edible. A major disappointment, not tender flavorful steak as advertised.Wheelchair accessibility: Two spaces near the restaurant
Toilet seat covers are not supplied in their restrooms. I 've complained twice. Two years ago the response was I can 't buy them because there isn 't a vendor in the computer .

He hardly put ANY meat or rice. I asked 3 times for extra and he gave m me 3 pieces of meat when I asked for more.
It's a cozy little place, but there’s still plenty of room to enjoy your meal in comfort.
