Chipotle Mexican Grill

I should really learn my fiction. I went to this chipotle about a month ago to order my food online and then waited about 15 minutes after my order should be ready and I had to call twice as I stood in the line. fast forward to today. try to call the load to see if she curbside pickup no one answers and before she transfers them to a human. they go round and around in an automated service. they have the ability to understand what the customer service is in this franchise.

Stepped out of line to wait “30 min” for their regular steak (not the new spicy stuff they just came Out with). An employee told me they had their normal stuff in the back and made my bowl. Ended up being charged $23 after the manager explained I got the new spicy steak inMy bowlFemale manager tried to say I got what I was asking for and would not fix the bowl. The worst service I’ve been subjected to in a lonnnnnng time.

Remember Qdoba? I remember when Qdoba was everyone's first choice for a craft burrito but then the food quality, service, and food portions took a nose dive. This Chipotle reminds me of Qdoba on the downslide. If you ask for more protein you are treated as if you ask the employee for part of their paycheck. The Chips are always stale and forget ordering online, your order will NOT be correct.

The Burrito shell I bought was about $20. the specified partial amount was disrespectful. If I pay $20, I expect to be worth it. not a quarter of regular services. How expensive are tears and borons?!

Ordered through the app and picked up here. Meal was ready when I got there (a little early even) Room wasn't terribly crowded and the team had the line moving smoothly and quickly.

Stopped in for a quick meal for lunch. Very clean inside, fast service. Had a steak burrito bowl.
