Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. I ordered a veggie bowl for lunch online, and thankfully I checked it before leaving. I found out they hadn’t included the fajita veggies, lettuce, or guacamole, all of which were supposed to be in my order. Instead, it was just rice, cheese, and corn salsa—what a joke! They were out of fajita veggies and had no plans to make more, even though it wasn’t even noon yet. This isn't the first time I've encountered a lack of main ingredients like chicken, steak, or veggies at this location, and they didn't seem willing to cook more. Chicken was lukewarm. I sat at a table and by the time I sat down after getting my drink it was almost cold. Brown rice was not cooked all the way. It was hard. I understand since it sits on steam table it shouldn't cook all the way through but it should not have been hard. White rice had hard pieces in it meaning old rice was mixed with new rice. Music was up a little too loud and cashier counter was dirty. It never got cleaned the whole time we were there. Tables were dirty was hard to find a clean spot to sit. Quantity of food was good for the price though.

Nothing more frustrating when a store location/company has phone number that doesn't connect you to the actual to store to solve a problem. It feels like a f you. When a company connects you to a voice-mail service that repeats its self over and over and not help you reach the store.... spent 60$ and i felt robbed portions are terrible! I have a terrible experience every single time. It's super frustrating. I don't eat there a ton but when I do it's terrible experience. Go support another establishment

We ordered online and enjoyed our meal outside after picking it up. Despite being incredibly busy, the staff was outstanding! They definitely deserve higher pay for their hard work, as it was nonstop from the moment we arrived. The owner of this location should take pride in their team and consider hiring more help. The food was delicious and prepared exactly as we requested! Honestly, I'm impressed! I usually avoid fast food, but I would definitely return here!

This is the third time I've encountered poorly mashed avocados in the guacamole at this location. It completely ruins the meal, and the taste is unappealing and artificial. It honestly feels like every employee there has a negative attitude towards the customers who come in.

This Chipotle is fantastic, just like always! There are numerous options available, and the food is delicious. During my visit, the restaurant was really busy, but the service was quick and efficient. The portion sizes were generous, providing excellent value!
