The food at this restaurant is consistently served cold. I would prefer to drive to another Chipotle, to be honest. I ordered a large meal for my family, paid, and was about to leave with my order when an employee stopped me and claimed that I hadn't paid, even though I knew I had. I told him I would pay again if he could prove that my transaction hadn't gone through, but I would be upset if I was charged twice. To my dismay, I was charged over $80 twice by Chipotle. The next day, I went in to complain and request a refund. The manager refused to refund my money and instead offered more food. My experience at this restaurant was terrible due to one of the employees. She had red hair, freckles, glasses, and slightly large teeth. My coworkers and I were waiting in line when she started glaring at us. When we asked for a moment to decide on our order, she rolled her eyes. As I tried to order with a coupon for free guac, she replied in a rude manner saying, "I have no idea" without any effort to help. The store was not busy at all, so there was no excuse for her behavior. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
This restaurant is honestly the worst if you're looking for full portions. I have contacted Chipotle multiple times with no response. I would recommend avoiding this place unless you're okay with paying over $15 and only receiving half the amount of food. The service, take out meal for dinner, price per person, food quality, service, and atmosphere all rated as a 1 out of 5.
Very quick. Chipotle has a great process to get people through the line quickly. The food was fresh and tasty. Every time I eat or shop here, my plate is always half full. I don't pay my $17 to always be dissatisfied. The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the service is quick. They offer vegetarian options and I always go for the vegan choices. I usually get takeout for dinner and the price per person is between $10 and $20. I rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying their salads.
