The worst service ever! I ordered 7 bowls and the girl that was serving did not served a full spoon of chicken, she would try to get 1 or 2 pieces to add to the bowl but she would do it so fast that the chicken never made it to the bowl (twice she triedwithout success) when I asked for 5 salsas on the side I was told that they had to charge for them! Right when I was paying thegirl at the register tells the girl that was serving that she was going to separate my salsas do that I wouldn't come backsaying that they had spilled and ask for a discount or refund! I have never experienced this kind of service, will never comeback to this location.
The service was awful! The way the girls were treading me and my wife was embarrassing. We ordered food to go and portions were served less than a spoonful, when my wife told the girl that she wasn't filling up the spoon with chicken, the girl ignored mywife. We were told that the sides of salsa were going to be charged, we kept asking why, she said because people were abusingasking for extra salsa. The girl that served us walked away and was laughing mocking at us asking for salsa. I will NEVER go tothis place and will make sure everyone that asks know how we were treated.
I don’t know if it’s just me, but I really appreciate how quickly they serve. Unfortunately, the food wasn't great this time. I think ordering less rice made the dish a bit too salty, so I wouldn't recommend that. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. Even though there wasn't a line, they made me feel like there was one waiting just around the corner, which wasn't very pleasant. It’s not cool to rush people.
Typically, I order a salad with chicken, some chips, and guacamole. This time, however, I decided to treat myself and went for half chicken and half beef. To my surprise, the salad ended up costing about $22. When I finally received my salad, it was just what I wanted, as long as I avoided the beef. I visited the restaurant with my boyfriend and our baby boy. My meal was fantastic, but I ordered a steak with rice for my 3-year-old, and it turned out to be too spicy for him to eat. If you're planning to bring your kids, I recommend trying the carnitas; they’re said to be milder in flavor.
