Chipotle Mexican Grill

Terrible experience. Loud, don’t understand them under mask, mumbling again after i told then i couldn’t hear. First and third person didn’t understand questions i asked about the menu. I pay two veggies, they said in second is meat even though we didn’t order meat, then they want to charge additional 7 dollars and they also said there is double meat and still charged me for their mistaken-on ordering. . If it is few dollars different then its okay i don’t mind. But then they charged us a whole 7 dollars for extra meat?? And in the end i never got an apologize from both of the workers for the whole charade that happened. Managers please retrain your employees to do better!

The place is unhygienic the dude making my food had his pants tie in the food reaching over. That means that bacteria from his feces were in the food because you tie your belt before you wash your hands

the service was great and the food was good. it's just very expensive. three burritos and drinks for over $40.
