I'm vegan, so I usually order the sofritas. However, halfway through my burrito, I encountered a very distinct texture... yep, it was chicken. This indicates that there was cross-contamination with another menu item. Additionally, my partner's order was incorrect as well; they just needed to pay attention to the details. Instead of a refund, we received some coupons, which is a small consolation. Cross-contamination can be a significant issue for many people. For me, eating chicken makes me feel ill. I?ve ordered from here THREE times since they just opened and they have yet to get my order right. Not to mention their portions are ridiculously smaller than other locations. My lid clearly says half sofritas half chicken. Instead I received half chicken and half steak. I don?t eat red meat so this is garbage now. Also there?s white rice instead of the brown rice I asked for. There?s absolutely no way this is a full scoop of ANYTHING as barely 1/3 of the bowl is completely full as you can see by my pics. Every time I eat at Chipotle on Tilton Road, there is always at least one empty food item. My last visit there were 3. They have exactly 20 bins of various food items to keep full or fresh. I find it hard to believe the 5 or 6 people milling around the kitchen area can't keep up, especially when we were the only customers in the place at 6 pm. I ordered a meatless burrito...the black bean, white rice and peppers and onion containers were empty... My wife ordered a bowl, one drink, and a bag of chips. Chipotle is my favorite spot for lunch or dinner when I'm traveling. Why? Because as a vegetarian, I appreciate that they offer healthy vegetarian options. I always choose the rice bowl because it's convenient to eat. While I do enjoy burritos and hard tacos, I find them a bit tricky to handle—at least for me. This location of Chipotle didn’t disappoint; it was a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to assist with anything we needed. For instance, my child ordered a juice that was a little too cold, and they went out of their way to find a warmer option for us. Thank you all for making such a delicious lunch for us! Chipotle has the most delicious tasting Mexican food this era has ever witnessed. In particular this Chipotle restaurant always has fresh food. I ordered the quesadilla with chicken. I also got black beans on the side with sour cream and quesa. The quesadilla came packed with chicken and cheese in a non spicy sauce. The quesa cheese sauce had the right amount of heat for me which I dipped the quesadilla in. My daughter got a chicken quesadilla too except she ordered red beans, sour cream and guacamole. My SIL ordered a burrito bowl, however he was saving it for lunch tomorrow.

I ordered a burrito from this restaurant and was puzzled to find the tin foil wrapping covered in sauce. When I unwrapped the burrito, everything became clear: it wasn't fully wrapped. I paid $13 for an incomplete burrito. I’ve had ongoing issues with this location concerning the quality of the food preparation.

The chips were incredibly stale, and the food was served ice cold. The portion of steak I received was very small, and most of it consisted of inedible fat.
