Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered a carne asada burrito for takeout with extra meat for an additional $6.75. Unfortunately, it was the smallest burrito I have ever received. There were only 6 pieces of meat in the entire burrito, making it not worth the extra cost. The carne asada salad also had only 4 pieces of meat on it. The chips were extremely stale, and even the kids' quesadilla had more meat than my meal. It felt like a total rip off and almost like a joke. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will not be returning. If you're looking to get full or enjoy a decent meal, this is not the place to go. I would give it zero stars if I could.

If you order online you will get less food and you might be missing items. I've been visiting this location less and less, sometimes the food is good other times bad. It's always better to make your burrito/taco at home. Chipotle claims to use fresh &simple ingredients but it's LOADED WITH truck tons of SODIUM. The customer service in person is always great, the staff arenice. Also do yourself a favor and try other Mexican restaurants in brentwood/antioch Some tips: don't go an 1:30hours beforethey close. Order in person to get your money's worth.

NOTE: The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious. However, I believe attention should be given to the portion sizes of the meals served by the staff. Some servers are generous with their servings, while others are not. If you find that you have received less than what you expected, or have been served with an excessive amount of rice, don't hesitate to speak up and let them know that you will not be charged extra for a standard portion. The service in Pittsburg is more consistent compared to Oakley.

This restaurant used to be a popular choice with long lines, so I started ordering ahead to avoid waiting. However, the quality has significantly declined in my recent visits. The burrito I ordered was much smaller than it used to be. I thought it was a one-time issue, but the next time I ordered ahead, the burrito was even smaller. It was not just a slight difference, but almost half the size of a regular burrito and mostly just filled with folded tortilla. I hope they can improve, but only time will tell. A $12 burrito? Absolutely not. This restaurant served as a reminder that living in California means having access to better, local, and more authentic food options like taco trucks or family-owned establishments. On top of that, our food arrived cold and there was limited flexibility in customizing orders. A set prix fixe menu? Very disappointing.

I got mobile order during lunchtime. I understand during the lunch rush they get busy. They did a great job. The food was amazing. Definitely 5/5 service. The staff were amazing. Thank you for all your hard work. Please be kind during the lunch rush everyone. Family friendly. Overall great experience.

The female server seemed to have a negative attitude towards customers, or perhaps just towards me. She appeared indifferent when taking my call-in order, and when I asked for chips, the interaction felt very cold.

The manager of this Chipoltle's destroys his family at home. He constantly brings down their well being with his verbal, non verbal, and physicle abuse. He shows no mercy towards his family. Reserva una mesa ahora

Glad this location opened. Saves the headache of driving and parking at the other one. Food is decent and consistent and love that the drive through is for online order pick up only!

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to grab a nutritious and fast meal. Parking can be a bit busy in the lot.
