All Chipotle locations have been declining for some time now. For some reason, the popular hot sauce has become much spicier but has lost its flavor. During our recent visit to this particular location, the manager or owner was the one serving our bowls, and the portion sizes were disappointingly small. He also mentioned that there was no guacamole or lettuce available. Since we were ordering veggie bowls, if he had informed us of this earlier, we likely would have left. Instead, we were at the front of the line, and my daughter was expressing her disappointment.
This restaurant was great when it first opened, but over the past year, I've noticed a decline in the portion sizes for every dish. At other locations, I typically receive two scoops of rice and a generous scoop of meat in each bowl. Here, however, they now serve just one scoop of rice and barely half a scoop of meat. I'm really getting frustrated with having to ask for a regular portion size. At all the other locations I visit, I never have to plead for a reasonable amount of food.
I've given this restaurant three chances, and now I'm done. I visited another location recently and was surprised to find my food hot and fresh! After waiting a few months since my last visit here, I hoped it wouldn't be as bad as before. Unfortunately, the food was ice cold tonight, and the meat was just as terrible as during my previous visits. The queso was the only item that was somewhat warm. At this point, I'm beginning to wonder if they think cold food is acceptable.
Being new is one thing but this is BY FAR the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had in my life. My daughter 's quesadilla wasn 't even melted. The soda machine had no ice and soda was flat. Husband 's burrito wasn 't even wrapped and falling apart. Food was cold (we live 3min away). My double portion of chicken consisted of maybe about 10 pieces of chicken even after pointing out to the staff that the portion was tiny. AND I BIT INTO A MASSIVE CHICKEN BONE AND ALMOST

Review Update We revisited this location and had a much better experience with the food quality. I increased the stars from 3 to 4 stars. Glad to see the improvements! I ordered a meal for pick up with a time a few hours later it was ready right on time. Ordered two whole items a drink and a burrito bowl. They forgot my drink. Mind you they were not busy and the lady who handed be the bag checked the receipt. I was in a rush and didn?t notice in time. My mouth was on fire from the spicy sofrito and nothing to wash it down with so I couldn?t eat much of it.
I ordered 2 bowls and a taco for me and my family to enjoy. Once i opened it it was 0 tacos two bowls with the meat we didn?t order. They forgot about multiple online orders from the line and this is super annoying. I ordered my food for 9:20 i was out of there by 9:35.
We've ordered the kids' meals a few times, and I'm not very impressed. The tacos need more toppings, especially when you're ordering rice on the side. Additionally, the white rice is too spicy for kids. However, I do love their bowls; the ingredients are always fresh.

I've placed five orders, and they have gotten it wrong each time. My cokes were missing, and the burrito didn’t have all the ingredients it should have. The portion sizes have also consistently decreased. I won’t be ordering from here anymore.
The rice was undercooked and the beans were extremely hard. I was very disappointed, as I have never experienced these quality issues before.
