I placed an online order for pickup at the drive-thru. When I arrived at the restaurant, my order was ready; however, I noticed that the sticker sealing the bag had been torn open. Despite this, I headed home. Upon opening one of the bowls, I discovered it appeared as if someone had already eaten from it. To make matters worse, there was no way to contact the restaurant since there’s no phone number listed! Frustrated, I got back in my car and returned. The sign on the door mentioned "online orders only due to staffing shortages." Once inside, I found two other customers also complaining about their orders. There was no food available on the counters, as everything was being kept in the back...
7/27/22- made the mistake of ordering here again. Picked up my order, got home and it wasn?t what I ordered....again. I?m done ordering food from this location. 7/26/22- two customers were in the restaurant and the employees were getting confused aboutitems in each order. Left with my carry out dinner and my order was wrong. 4/1/22- Restaurant is closed often, but they don?tturn off online ordering, so you order online and find out the restaurant is closed when you arrive to pick up your order. Whenyou call the number posted on the window for a refund, it doesn?t connect you to the company. Even when the restaurant is openmy order has been wrong 90% of the time.
Worst Chipotle ever. Tonight was the last straw, we ordered on the app and pulled up to a sign on the drievthru telling us to request a refund online. This place never opens for dine in or pick up inside. Last several times they forgot part of ourorder. It's a total mess and the most disappointing part is that it is newer. I don't understand why the owner built it and isletting it be a total disaster from the start. I wish they put any other food place in this location. Save your time, goelsewhere.
My first time visit to this newly built location. I was a frequent visitor to the location down at the inner harbor before becoming a full-time work from home employee thanks to covid so it's been about 2.5 years. I'm a little disappointed that theserving size of the burrito bowl is about 75% of what it was 2.5 years ago coupled with a significant price increase. I don'tthink the value today is worth the convenience. The quality was good however.

The food is good when they actually get the order right. It seems like the main dining areas at Chipotle locations are frequently closed, even after calling ahead to confirm. It’s quite frustrating. The whole mobile ordering and Chipotlane option needs improvement; my orders often come out wrong or with missing items. And don’t even get me started on DoorDash. Chipotle has been a long-time favorite of mine, but it's quickly losing its appeal.
Good place to eat but lately Chipotle has been slipping due to inability to dine in or order in store Currently only taking mobile orders. Sometimes can't order at all because system is down. If system is down please train staff to process ordersanalog because it's an inconvenience to just up and leave. People were able to function and run business Before computers andcan still do so with a little encouragement.
Crunchy beans might be healthy in some circumstances. But in this case. I think it was the cook. A bit nasty. Too crunchy. Aka not cooked. Try Forrest Hill. Always soft and well cooked. Rice both brown and white always cooked well. Not crunchy.
