My husband picked up Chipotle for dinner. While eating I noticed there was a piece of plastic in my food. I called Chipotle, unfortunately I couldn?t talk to anyone. I had to communicate my issue through a ?live chat? via text messaging with pre-generated responses. Terrible!

This location needs some training. They forgot 4 things in my order. I also waited 15 minutes in the pick-up line when I was 3 minutes late. The chips were also floppy and not even close to crunchy. I LOVE Chipotle, but I will not be visiting this location again.
