The food I received today was just disrespectful. While this seems to be the normal in Cartersville, it shouldn't be and should not be accepted. The chips I received were obviously from the day before, as they were soggy and chewy, the guacamole had no seasoning to include salt, and my burrito bowl had hard dried out chicken served and burnt strings that was supposed to be onions and peppers. I get most of these establishments don't pay enough, but if it's bad enough that you'll take it out on the customer, just find a different job. Money doesn't go far these days and it's disappointing to finally come around to treat yourself with a meal that tastes like leftover scraps.
I asked for a lime and was rudely told the manager would not allow those to be given to customers. I said I have received them in the past with no problem and she said “from this location”, Yes ma’am! I’m not sure why that is such a difficult request.
Jocelyn is rude every time I am in there. Doesn't acknowledge people because she is busy playing games. Throws bag of food onto the counter without a word. Most others are polite and cleaning up. If you can't be professional at least be polite
The food stations were in desperate need of cleaning! When will restaurants make cleanliness priority? Presentation is everything, but they just don't get it. Just try it and stop making excuses and see the difference it will make!

Hit and miss with the quality. Sometimes it 's fresh and tasty. Other times it 's dry and old. So it 's just kinda meh. Also charging extra for chips is kinda wack. Other southwestern grills don 't do that.
Not a clean table in the restaurant, asked her to clean a table, it seemed to bother her,Straw papers,napkins, lids,area very messy,trash was full,My family will never spend money there again,
Friday evening they out of their meat. What kind of business they ran ? Inside kitchen only one or two people cook that's not fair and out side counter employees stand and talking.
EVERY SINGLE TABLE IS FILTHY. The food looks as if it was cooked during the morning. Absolutely terrible..
