Chipotle Mexican Grill

I recently visited this restaurant for lunch and unfortunately had a less than pleasant experience. While I've always appreciated their speedy service, the past two occasions have left me with issues. On my most recent visit, I ordered the chicken dish but found that it was slimy and undercooked. Despite having already eaten quite a bit, I soon fell sick and spent the next 48 hours on a diet of crackers, Jell-O, and water. In fact, my condition was so severe that I had to seek medical attention and receive an IV. While I do not wish to sound rude, I felt it was important to share this information with others. I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant for some time, but the undercooked rice and cold meat on previous visits should have been a warning sign. I hope that my experience will serve as a cautionary tale to others who may visit this establishment. While the speedy service is certainly appreciated, I strongly recommend being careful with the food choices.

I picked up after ordering online before my massage nearby, the order was correct and everything was fresh or warm. I enjoyed it. For me the chicken was spicy but that's all their meat options.

When u asked for extra lettuce, cheese and veggies and this is all u get...the lettuce is really just sad. How do u even explain that? They really don't care at all.

They will ignore online orders completely unless you get in line and ask them to take care of it for you.

This is why you don't use their app. FAIL! Missing half of what I ordered. What a disappointment
