I made a second attempt to have lunch at this restaurant, as the last time I tried it was too crowded to find a seat. This time, I was able to finally get a seat without much of a wait. This location is always busy, so it's common for them to run out of ingredients later in the day. Despite having been to other Chipotles before, I decided to try their garlic steak bowl today. The steak was well-cooked and delicious, better than the plain steak in my opinion. My only complaints are that the soda machine was not working and that even though I ordered for dining in, I had to ask for a cover myself. I give Chipotle Four Stars after my visit today. The restaurant is spacious and spotlessly clean. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. My server loaded my bowl with brown rice, chicken, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese, and a bit of lettuce on top. The chicken bowl was so generous that it weighed about three pounds! I treated my daughter to lunch today and her Chicken Bowl came to $13.34. She was pleased with her meal, which in turn made me happy. She even enjoyed the food at home and said Chipotle still tastes delicious! I decided to skip lunch, but I highly recommend this location!
Usually when I come here, they are out of at least one item. Today it was white rice, chicken, and something else. Could you imagine coming here at 7pm and not even chicken. And it's not as though they were making any of the above. They were completely out of them. But they only outdid themselves with my 5 minute wait for a plastic knife, only to be told there were none in the store. This has to be the worst managed Chipotle anywhere!
Service was terrible; portions were small. When I asked for a second protein since the server put such a small scoop of food, I was asked to pay for extra, and I tried to explain why I asked for another protein, but the manager ignored me. It's around the corner from my job. I thought I would try something new, but I'm good. I will pass on Chipotle from now on

Good Mexican chain. The quality of food is hit or miss depending on the day unfortunately. Gets super busy during lunch and dinner time and staff does a great job keeping the lines moving. Decent size and good amount of seating in you choose to dine in. Just the inconsistency of the quality of food is disappointing.
Worst chipotle location. Always out of at least 3 items (usually rice, beans, and a protein), which is weird for a chain with less than a handful of menu items. Management needs an overhaul.
Had a killer burrito here. Stacked full. So fresh. Plenty of seating. Low lighting. In and out really fast. Got a free side of Guac for my birthday.
Poor delivery service Portions smaller than shown in advertisement. Can't call the local restaurant cause they send you to a corporate voicemail.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The food is amazing and always leaves me speechless. I would marry you if I could.
Ordered a aad they gave me just the meat and then manager didn't pick up the phone when I called multiple times
