Chipotle Mexican Grill

I came 45 minutes before closing and they were making announcements stating everything they were out of. The food station looked so dirty. One girl was doing walk-in orders along with pickup orders and she was ringing customers up.! What is going on with chipotle at one time you guys very stingy with the meat portions, next it was rice, now I see you guys are getting stingy with the lettuce and cheese. Back in the day you didn’t have to ask for extra portions of meat, because a nice size serving was given. I think it was a strategic move from corporate to get extra money from customers, because customers will pay the extra fee.

The food was okay here. My biggest gripe was the burnt chicken, and the chips were very greasy. The person who greeted us was obviously in a bad mood which wasn't pleasant. They were out of forks, but I can use a spoon, no problem. I had the remind the cashier to get my water cup, so I felt a bit rushed through the whole process. I usually would come back, but there are better Chipotles around, like the one on Dorothy Lane by the Moriane Walmart.

Every time I come here they are out of something. Usually lettuce or dressing, and don't tell you till you're about to pick it for your meal. Usually they don't accept cash. Today they ONLY accept cash... Just seems like this branch is poorly ran.

in my Burrito shell was a live bug that was delivered to my house. there is no excuse for that. this probably does not wash their salate. if they don't wash their products, I can't imagine how careless the rest of their business practices are.

What a joke!!!! I paid for extra rice a got this and my burrito bowl isn't even half full!!!! What a waste of money. Rice is hard as a rock too!!!!
