Chipotle Mexican Grill

My fiancé and I stopped by for lunch today. We ordered a salad, chips, and a drink. The service was decently polite, but when my fiancé asked for 3 salad dressings (knowing they skimp and barely fill a quarter of the way), the woman behind the counter only gave her 2 and said there was a limit on salad dressings. She offered to pay for an extra one, but was told there was a limit and they would not give her another. It seemed like she just didn't want to fill another container. I'm not sure who gave them the authority to limit salad dressings, but their main job should be to keep customers happy. It's not like it comes out of their pocket. Half of my family decided to go to Five Guys while the other half went to Chipotle. Intrigued by a commercial, I opted to try the new pollo asado at Chipotle. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the meager amount of chicken in my bowl - it seemed like they had forgotten to add any meat at all. To make matters worse, one of the chicken quesadillas ordered for a child was burned. I observed a staff member trying to salvage the quesadilla by putting it back on the grill, only to take it out again after a few minutes of the oven beeping. My wife, who had gone to Five Guys for a burger, couldn't help but laugh at my poor choice in meals.

It is incredibly frustrating that every time my family goes to Chipotle for bowls, the portion sizes are inconsistent. Lately, we have noticed that we are being served less and less, especially when it comes to the meat. The thick glass barrier makes it difficult to communicate with the servers. Even when I am able to get their attention to request a normal portion size, they reluctantly add a minuscule amount. It may be time for us to find a new Chipotle location.

I'm a regular here. Today something was off and a few people got the wrong online order, myself included. It's the only time it's happened having been to this location at least 20 times. Mistakes happen, and we could all use more patience in our lives. The staff are always helpful and work very hard. I know they're doing their best, and that deserve 5 stars! i love me some chipotle but the last few times i have been there i have sort of a problem with one of the blonde teen girls there. usually i don’t care and understand working as a teen is hard especially during covid days but i feel like chipotle is a kind of place where you rlly have to communicate well and every-time i come in it’s the same attitude just ruining the vibe.

the portion control at this point is at all times high. I ordered a barbacoa bowl, and the meat was literally a garnel. to deteriorate the things, it was the majority fat. I'll never eat here again. I visited the load at 1:30 o'clock 02/25/2022

We have ordered from this Chipotle twice and the food always arrives cold, as if it had been refrigerated. We do not experience this issue with other restaurants in the area, so this seems to be a specific problem with this store.
