I have been going here for years as its close by my house however I went there a few weeks ago and that will be the last time I go. This issue is recent as I noticed a change in a lot of staff who were much more mature several months ago to young kids who have no business dealing with customers now. They have kids who don 't care and have no respect for customers, who pay their wages, managing . This is the 3rd time I place my order on the app and the food is not ready within 10 mins of when it says it will be. The worst part is , I arrived 10 mins after the pickup time and they had not even STARTED my order and there was just one person in line ordering and one person making orders. NOT bus...
Very disappointed. I ordered my food online so I wouldn’t have to wait in line since I was not feeling very good. Well I send my daughter in to pickup the food and she comes back and the food is all wrong. So I go inside and tell them it’s all wrong. They take my bags and start preparing my food took them like 25 minutes. The people in line were moving faster and I’m just there waiting. They finally give me my food, I ordered three bowls. So when I get home two of the bowls look like children’s bowls. I did not check my food there since they got it wrong one time I would think they would want to make it right. I did not get an apology. I will not be going back to this place.
Sent the wrong food. The food was very cold, and they sent the wrong drink. I paid nearly $50 for my order and got an entirely different order. I ordered a coke, two quesodillas with guacamole, sour cream, and beans. They sent some wadded up lettuce and chicken in foil as well as a bowl of cheese and chicken COLD without a fork to even eat it. I'm very displeased. This was my only meal for the next day or so due to work. I'm done with this location.
