3 hours until closing and they're out of chips and guac. fridge of drinks is half empty. Manager needs to get her act together. And the tables are gross, I guess because they used a rag from the toilet to wipe them down. Edit: online only ordering is nonsense, why can't I just tell them what I want instead of making yet another account? Other locations have in person ordering so why not here? I have consistently had terrible experiences at this restaurant, and today was the final straw. I waited in the store for 45 minutes just to place an online order. Meanwhile, the staff were laughing and chatting while only two people prepared the orders. The place was crowded with others waiting, and there was no bathroom available. It was also quite dirty. When my order was finally handed to me after the long wait, both bowls were completely wrong, and the portion sizes were laughably small. This is unacceptable!

Recently, due to my fitness goals, I decided to order a bowl with double chicken since protein is essential for achieving my ideal physique. However, I was extremely disappointed after placing my online order. I specifically requested 2x chicken, but I received less than half of a normal portion. This was so frustrating that it triggered a panic attack. I rely on that extra protein to maintain my routine and avoid setbacks. Unfortunately, I have to say that I won’t be coming back.

I'm not typically one to write reviews on Google, but this Chipotle has consistently disappointed me. Every visit has been marked by issues—whether it's long wait times, uncleanliness, or subpar ingredients. The food is decent, as you’d expect from Chipotle, but unfortunately, the staff and management leave much to be desired. My tacos werent good this time. The taco shells were very soggy. The ingredients were all over the place. I threw out one of the shells because it couldnt be saved. I used a spoon to scoop up the messy insides and tried to make 2 tacos. The flavor was okay but the meal was unappetizing. Ill wait a while before ordering this again.

I ordered the chips and guac. They were out of chips, so just sent guac without asking me. I also ordered a salad and they didnt include the dressing. Horrible experience. The old location in Warrington was so much better.

The food was delicious and incredibly fresh! My only complaint is that I ordered fajita veggies for my burrito bowl, but there were only three strips of peppers in it. Other than that, everything was perfect!

My Burrito Bowl was amazing! It was packed to the brim with high-quality ingredients, neatly arranged, and included utensils and napkins in the bag.
