I love the location but I do not like the food or the service whoever does the chicken needs to be retrained the chicken is always overcooked and burnt the rice is usually undercooked or overcooked the service varies depending on the person.. they have a hard time listening to the portions being thrown on a bowl I love chipotle but I only get great food and service from locations further away preferably the laurel location get it together chipotle.
I keep going back because it's close to my house, but they really don’t know how to make burritos. I’ve eaten a third of my carnitas burrito and still haven't gotten a single bite of meat. This same thing happened the last time I was there when I ordered double chicken. I suggest ordering in person so you can see them prepare your food. Otherwise, they will give you less than any other Chipotle I’ve been to. Food rating: 2/5.
I visited this location for the first time and had a great experience. The service was quick, and the dining area was clean. I dined in for brunch, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 out of 5. I highly recommend the Burrito Bowl!
The majority of the staff displayed professionalism. Some hoarded food service once order for preparation for making bowl for purchase. Food purchase and quality as well as quantity should reflect the purchase price of food items requested by customers. Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch
