At checkout, she was mistakenly charged for the additional scoop of vegetables she didn't get, as well as for double chicken, which she hadn't ordered. When she tried to clarify the overcharge, the staff went back and forth with her, making the situation even more frustrating. I've never witnessed such poor service before, and I was just an observer. My friend left feeling upset about her experience. I know for certain that I will never spend my money at this location again. Out of all the Chipotle restaurants I've visited, this one is by far the worst.
This location is not good. I placed an online order for one burrito for pickup, expecting it to be ready at 8:50 PM, but it wasn't ready until 9:10 PM. During my wait, more than a dozen people walked in, waited in line, ordered, paid, and left—a whole lot faster than I did. What's the point of placing an order in advance if it takes more than double the time (after it was supposed to be ready) compared to just walking in and ordering?
WORST location goes to this place! Say a prayer before you go in there and bring some holy water so you don’t carry out the nasty energy with you when you leave this place.Servers and manager with nasty attitude, tasteless food, long line, dirty bathroom, lack of ingredients for pick up orders, trash everywhere, no utensils and napkins, drink machine doesn’t work, will be charge more than then what you order at check out.
in the last 2 months they were there twice. visit us 1) tried to order online at 12 o'clock I wouldn't go through. I was personal and found out why my order would not go through. they have fled from inflicted. visit us 2) sung by person by 1 clock the dame on a table said they only take auto deliveries. it's not over anymore.

expect them to have improper shares or to screw up their online order. that is consistent. this is the most unreliable chipotle I've ever experienced. not worth money, please go somewhere else. have given this young a chance over and over again and they simply do not share the same passions as the company.
I'm done with this place 3 strikes I'm well tried to give them chances because I understand, but after 3x and they still mess!? No, thanks. close it down to rent new ppl train well and try them back and through them from hospitals and schools, this really must be repaired!
Zero stars. Save yourself some money and a headache. Absolute terrible service, and the staff can’t even communicate properly. Asked for grilled chicken they gave me maybe 6 pieces (that’s being optimistic) overall horrible service and the food tasted trashy.
The prices went up and the portions got smaller! This Chipotle in particular is REALLY BAD! The meat always seems to be dry and over cooked. Often the meat is black! And the workers are nean and hateful.

must be the slowest chipotle of all time: someone who was eating that was cold after he was made up on it. about a dozen people stood around and waited for command.
Trash place to order online bowl came with little to no meat probably a quarter scoop don't bother basically got a veggie bowl when I wanted steak
