Today Saturday around 230pm. I went to Pikesville chipotle and I was served by a worker with blond hair. However, this person was serving whatever the worker wanted, not what I was ordering. Despite repeating my order three times, the worker refused to listen and looked at me in a very unpleasant manner. After putting the burritos aside and moving on to help the next customer, I asked the customer in front of me if it was his order, and he said no. The customer behind me told me that the worker didn’t want to listen to me, even though he the customer understood everything I ordered. In this case, the worker was being discriminatory. This was not a good experience for me, which is sad because...
Every time it never fails all the chipotle in this area (21208),21133,21117, 21244, is by far a hit or miss but leaning more towards MISS. Chicken and steak was cold. Steak was dry and tough. The chicken was dry. The rice was hard. The things were overcooked. The staff was throwing out food into the containers. As if they just did not care we had enough
Food is always cold not fresh and it's always that one cashier that has an attitude for no reason, if you don't have the patience to take the order for the food and the specifics that I want! with the money I'm spending! you don't need to be there! Because mam, I am going to take my time and get exactly what I want and exactly what I want to pay for.
So disappointed to have order from here the service here is the worst!! Took like 5minutes for one of the girls to attend me and when she did she barley put any meat on my dish and I ask for more just to get double charged because she still didn’t even put a full spoon never coming back here again with that type of service.

They were consistent with how the meat is cut across must Chipotle spots, but now they're chopping it down to kibble size, and I don't like it because we pay for extra meat.
Terrible all way around, Chipotle not the same over the years. Going down never going back . Cheap on food serving, but still expensive ,and quality of food disgusting.
They don't seem to have advertised food that can be order in preson, you must have and app. To order advertised special so I prefer not to use this store.
Always, have food even right around closing time with a packed restaurant. Service was great!
