Chipotle Mexican Grill

Literally the worst chipotle. Literally the worst place to order or go get food from. I absolutely love chipotle and now that I'm pregnant I love it even more. This place EVERY SINGLE TIME I've come here which is honestly quite often is dirty, understaffed and super busy. I would rather wait in line but you have to order quesadillas through the app. Here it is 90 mins past my pickup time and I'm still waiting. I purposely didn't even leave my house until 30 mins after pick up time and yet here I am writing this review. Please save yourself the headache and disappointment and go else where. Pregnancy cravings aside I will not be back

As a Colorado resident, it's disappointing for me to write this review. I visit Chipotle twice a year, and back home, we regularly enjoy it at least once or twice a month—sometimes even weekly. Today, I decided to stop by this location on my way home, believing in the brand. Unfortunately, I can say for certain that they have lost a customer. I echo what others have said: this place lacks attention to detail and has terrible customer service. The only reason this Chipotle continues to thrive is its convenient location near the university and hospital.

If I could give zero stars I would! This was my second attempt to use this Chipotle which is less than 2 miles from my home--NEVER again! I will go to the Hampton restaurant from now on. The staff at the Grand Blvd. location are beyond rude--it is obvious they don't care. I was there at 5pm today and they were out of pollo as ado and their signature salad dressing--WTH??? You are out of a popular meat choice and salad dressing at 5 pm??? This is the second time I have received this kind of service here, and I will NOT be back!!!

This chipotle is completely disorganized. They only do online orders. They don't communicate that with you. the service takes forever. The burrito I ordered took 30 minutes to be made. Why? Because the worker was making two girls in store orders...but I thought they could only do online orders? The place is dirty. My burrito was wrapped sloppy. The workers don't care about customer service. When I asked for a refund they told me to do it online. Don't come here. I'll never be back and i'm reporting this store to corporate. I doordashed Chipotle from this location and asked for extra rice on my order like I usually do. This is what I received from them... lol such a joke ?? Not only was my bowl not correct ingredient wise, it was literally 1/3 of a bowl. Why someone thought this was acceptable is absolutely beyond me. Ya'll did me SO dirty.

I decided to eat more plant-based meals and had already heard about the black beans and brown rice options. However, I was pleasantly surprised to discover sofritas, a tofu-based option. It was love at first bite, and I’ve been a loyal customer ever since!

this chipotle becomes rare, if at all, order right. I lacked a drink and guacamole from my order, and all I got were chips and guac to proceed in the future and I was allowed to report only a problem about the app. do not order food here!

The food was good, but we had to wait a long time. It seems they prioritize online orders over in-person customers. The expected readiness time for those online orders is often set to an earlier 15-20 minutes than it should be. Reserva una mesa ahora

Employees returned to cooking from being outside with out washing their hands. The place is a mess. No procedures in place.

Place is dirty. Staff can't hear you over their headphones. Terrible customer service.
