The food is always stellar. If there ever is an issue with your order, the staff is going to take care of you and correct it for you promptly. If you are dining in with them during peak hours, there will be a lengthy wait; us locals love Chipotle, mall patrons commonly dine in, and there are a lot of interstate travelers stopping for food and gas. I-71 and I-35 both pass Chipotle, as well as other county highways, so be patient. That being said, I would like to see an effort for the online orders to be made on time.. I Don't know who is doing the cooking but the chicken is never seasoned I mean I know white Folks not use to seasoned food but my goodness it's like they just cook the meat chopped it up and serve it and don't put and ounce of seasoning on it shit always taste bland as hell and it's mainly the 2nd Shift crew I've been here a bunch and it's mostly during 2nd Shift and the few times I've been during 1st shift chicken is seasoned and taste a whole lot better whoever is cooking 1st shift needs to show 2nd Shift how to season...
Rice was crunchy, they were out of 1/2 their meat and 1/2 of their side items. This was late afternoon, early evening. Do NOT use their app! Unless you want to lose money. I've ordered guacamole &chips, roll up and they hand me chips. Nontefund provided and said they can't do anything because it was paid for online.
