Chipotle Mexican Grill

The location in Green Valley Ranch 3455 North Salida St. They were out of the choices I arrived at about 4pm. I has asked the host Kaleigh to wipe the table she goes to the other end of the restaurant starts wiping meanwhile in waiting she comes over and says you could have sat over there. Then tells me I'm rude. Shame on her without customers she wouldn't have a Chavo. Her customer service was a zero! Just a really dirty location! Always be nice to your customers so they will return!

Have had several bad experiences here, but today finally earned them a 1 star review. Worst customer service and employees that absolutely hate their jobs and the customers they're serving. Go to any other fast food restaurant, they are much more deserving of your money than this Chipotle. Also don't ever order to go food from here, they will completely ignore your order and give you a random assortment of whatever ingredients they have around at the time.

the food was not complaining about it, but the service was terrible. a young person who seems to be about 18-19 with bleached blond hair was extremely rude. not only was he whispering and to other workers in front of me he also went to splash the utensils. please put them workers who care about their job instead of employees like him.

Pretty weak customer service at this location. Some (not all) of the staff seem to have bad attitudes bad service skills.
