Started my order (bowl) added the rice and beans, then the meat was not ready, so set my bowl aside to wait for meat, then proceeded to finish making my bowl, the staff was hurried and not paying attention to the order. My husband proceeded to order his burrito and again in a hurried way, the person making the burrito made it wrong and started being rude and disrespectful when spoken to. We asked for management and management was not listening/engaged, so I paid for my bowl and we left very unsatisfied and frankly angry. We live in a small town with limited dining options, and I would hate to have to remove Chipotle as one of my options.
We arrived at the restaurant at 8:15 PM and were the only customers present. We had to wait 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this establishment. The utensils were dirty, and the food area didn't appear to have been cleaned regularly. The servers seemed to be having a bad day; there were no smiles or warm welcomes. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had at a Chipotle. I wish all places could be like In-N-Out, where the staff is always welcoming and courteous to customers.
Unfortunately, I’ve given this location multiple chances for average service. I can’t even get that though. Mobile orders are never on time. Burritos are randomly either huge and overpacked with rice, or way too small with minimum ingredients. Tonight was the final straw. Ordered a chicken burrito with double chicken. $14 and there was less than the normal amount of Chicken. Customer service is nice, but Unfortunately, that isn’t enough to want to return here. This is fraud
Food is always good. It's always busy, so service sometimes feels rushed. It's a very small space, always clean but not much atmosphere. I've visited this restaurant a couple of times, and each experience has been enjoyable. The food is consistently good, and the service is acceptable. However, I do think there is room for improvement in keeping the dining area clean, as it can be challenging to find a tidy table.
