Chipotle Mexican Grill In Des Mo

I 've been into this location 3 times while visiting a friend in DSM. Each time I was hoping it 'd be better next time but this is by far the worst location I 've been to. The staff were cold to say the least. Not even a hi or a what can I get for you? The staff acted more like my presence was an annoyance as if I came in 2 mins before closing. The last time I was in (last Wednesday) the food tasted off. Not sure exactly what, but I couldn 't even finish and ended up feeling ill. The ice machine was broken and despite having just me and maybe 1-2 other customers the entire place was a mess. The staff were all just chatting with each other behind the line. Operation hours are 10:45am-11am. At 10:52am i knocked on the window, along with 4 other waiting customers. The man behind the counter threw his arms up and mouthed “what!” A female answered the door and said they aren’t open. I said it looks like the hours of operations start at 10:45 AM and she said they’re shortstaffed with four people (sounds like enough people to make a burrito and bowls) So I asked about potentially putting a sign up because it’s very unprofessional and other people who are waiting with me stated that they were waiting for orders and it was not acceptable and the female still said well give us about 20 minutes and shut the door.

I’ve gonna twice and I had a bad experience the first time they took about 10min before I left the place was empty they didn’t say hello hi or even acknowledge me I’ve worked in fast food before the least they could have done is say it’s gonna be just a moment and I would understand. The second time was today I went the employees were Disrespectful and the manger to add on their launguage was awful cussing in front of costumer knowing their is children around. also the counter were nasty the employee proceeded to wipe all the food on the floor with the same gloves he was serving people with.

Not a great place to eat. None of the staff were friendly. No smiling, no greeting customers and talking as if I was inconveniencing them. The girl running register kept her arm in her apron the whole time. We had to ask for our cups. They were completely out of lettuce, no ice in the soda machine and I had to ask them for cheese, as the container was empty. They didn’t give us our queso and chips, had to ask for them. Store has trash all over the floor and just the whole atmosphere was quite rude. Would it kill them to smile? Customer service is definitely not what it used to be. Reserva una mesa ahora

I ordered through the Chipotle app and received someone else’s order. Tried to eat what “they” order and it was a sloppy gross mess which was ice cold. The chips were stale and the queso and salsa were filled only half way. This location is terrible. Do not order online. If you want chipotle go to a different location in person

Music was so loud when you first walk in! There were like 5 or 6 employees, no one really knew what was going on. They were all just standing around talking to each other. Sign on door said can only do exact change or card out of ice . Place was dirty. Don 't think I 'll be visiting that location again

Mark provided excellent customer service and was very friendly! Food was fresh and delicious. I love chipotle and go almost daily. Employees like Mark make it such a better experience!.
