The workers have always been friendly when I go, but when ordering online sometimes the orders get mixed up or made incorrectly. Never an issue in person though, and the wait around dinner time usually isn't awful.When the order is correct it's very tasty, but has a 50/50 chance of putting me in gastrointestinal peril.Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk ramp leading into entrance, however there is a gap in the railing that is large enough a powered wheelchair can fall through and cause injury. I have seen paramedics called for an incident with this.
we order from pittsford plaza location, and there are two competitors within a mile or something. I am glad that they offer sofritas (meatless option), but they taste somehow processed to me and I prefer moes or qdoba dishes. the additional fee for guaja is annoying. they have to pay for chips/salsa and they don't get very many. service was always friendly.

I absolutely adore this restaurant, but what I love most is its location. The staff is incredibly friendly and they serve very generous portion sizes, with the option of requesting even double portions. They don't skimp on the guacamole either. For just $7.34, you can have a satisfying dinner that will leave you feeling full.

I love Chipotle. You can get double portions of rice, beans, salsa, and veggies for free, so make sure to take advantage of that! Plus, if you order a burrito bowl, you can get two warm tortillas on the side for free. And don't forget, you can get free guacamole if you skip the tofu!

I love chipotle. double creatures of rice, bean, salsa and vegetables are free, so be sure to stack! even if they get a burrito bowl, they can get 2 warm tortillas on the side free. guacamole is free if you don't get the tofu!
