Was there last evening. The restaurant was filthy. Food, napkins, used utensils on the inside tables. We sat outside, and it was almost as bad. Used napkins, straws, and utensils were visibly scattered in the bushes. The employee that was working the line, (female brown skinned with dark hair, early 20's) had an attitude. I thought she was going to go ballistic on the lady customer in front of me. The customer was just trying to place her order, nothing to warrant the employee's behavior. Then that same employee came outside to eat her dinner and dropped several f bombs in the prescence of young children because there were ducks in the dining area outside trying to be fed by those children....
I order in the rule by the app for comfort and I agree what others said more valued about less portioning. I even began to put “extra” in the app, hoping that it would help but it did not. the orders are usually never ready for the promised times (expect them to wait 10-15 minutes extra). the pick-up area is also not as comfortable as other stands. sometimes they have to them down because there is not actiw observed/bedient and they give it to them (not sure whether this is due to an incident in the past of others who command not to them). they will never give you more for pickup, so when they are on the go, they will remember to pick up some on the counter before they go. 1/5 times they wil...
If I could, I would rate this restaurant less than one star. I've been here several times, and the experience is always the same. I have to wait a long time for my steak, and instead of resolving the issue, they just keep bringing out more chicken. The service is mediocre at best; I’ve been waiting an additional 40 minutes and I still can’t order my food because my steak hasn’t arrived, even though I was told there would only be a 10-minute wait. The staff member attending to us had a poor attitude, and the portion sizes were inconsistent—some diners received more while others got less. This level of service is unacceptable. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

The only friendly person there was the cashier. Overall, the place was quite chaotic; I can't understand how a manager could permit such disarray. The floors were dirty throughout, and all the trash cans were overflowing. The only utensils available were spoons. I don't think it's worth spending over $10 on food in such poor conditions.

This place seems to be run by a bunch of unsupervised kids. The food prep, floors, tables and bathrooms are always filthy. They are frequently out of basics like lettuce, and on more than one occasion out of all meat except chicken. If the cooking area is anything like the other parts of this store, I'd be surprised to hear no one was ill after eating there. Recommend finding another place to eat.
my spit on the local chip. Apart from the long lines, this place is quite solid. I do not dare to order online because my order is always wrong, but unlike that can not complain! I agree with other commentary about tables that are 9/10 times dirty, but it is chipotle, they are quite short employees especially on this chaotic location. I'm still here for bowls and never really had a problem here.
The staff behind the counter seems to lack a sense of urgency as the line builds up. While this isn't true for the entire team, it applies to most of them. This issue appears to be consistent across all Chipotle locations. It creates an atmosphere that feels indifferent rather than one that prioritizes the customers who help keep the business running in these challenging pandemic times.

Worker was so rude, didn’t even tell us they were out of chicken completely after I had ordered and had stuff in the bowl. Mind you, they charged me MORE for the stuff I didn’t want. Poor service. Steak was hard to eat and just disgusting. Place was dirty and flies all inside. Skip this Chipotle for your sake. BIG waste of over $30.
