I am so disappointed with this location! My online order, which was supposed to be delivered at 9 am, finally arrived three hours late at 12:45 pm. To make matters worse, it was missing the pinto beans I paid extra for. The food was ice cold and soggy. I ended up wasting my gas driving there only to be treated poorly. When I spoke to a staff member, she told me that they couldn't issue refunds at the store and couldn’t remake my order because it was supposed to be delivered at 9:00 am. I explained that my order was late, but they offered me no compromise. I am very disappointed with this location and the rudeness of their staff. I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was not fresh, the floors were littered with trash, and the staff appeared to be unmotivated and slow. I watched one employee prepare my order with a poor attitude, giving me barely one small scoop of each ingredient for my $17 steak bowl. After spending three hours there, I returned to address the issue with my order. Unfortunately, the manager, Doris, who has red hair, was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Ive been disappointed by this location multiple times. I placed an online order and picked it up. I got a bowl and all the ingredients on the sticker on the lid of the bowl was correct. When I opened the lid the bowl was completely wrong, like nothing I asked for was on it they pretty much put my lid on someone else’s bowl and I was already home when I found this out. So now I have a cold bowl with nothing I asked for on it and out of $15 for something I can’t even eat. This was my first visit to this Chipotle location, and it was quite disappointing. The parking situation is a nightmare, and when I asked for rice, the young lady barely gave me half a spoonful, as if it was meant for a child's plate. I had to request more. The chicken wasn’t cooked all the way through, and the chips were stale. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of money. I'll stick to driving a bit further to the one on Roswell Rd. I was satisfied with my experience, but I was a bit surprised by the small portion sizes of the takeout I ordered through the app. They were notably smaller compared to what I’ve received both when dining in and at other establishments. On the plus side, my order was ready on time, so I didn’t have to wait.

Trash this restaurant has been trash for years they start by having the worst customer service very argumentative and next there portion size how I get a bowl and the toppings look one dimensional I swear I order a chicken bowl and received literally 4pcs of chicken just terrible

I ordered a veggie bowl and it came filled to the top with goodness. It's always good to know that when you order from the app for pick up, you don't have to worry about the portions. They definitely delivered in that area.

This location is now Cash Only. It has been for over a week. No change. No credit cards. No tap to pay. No gift cards . No online ordering. But the food is still about the same.

They are sloppy tryna call themselves being quick! Them thin a paper bags they give will not hold the food when they don’t properly put the lid on
