I was treated horribly. I am always terrified to go back in to the restaurant in fear of being yelled at and humiliated again. First, I was trying to ask if you could add meat into a quesadilla meal. I know masks really muffle things, but I was practically yelling and they still couldn’t understand me. This wasn’t an elderly person either. They were a teenager. Anyways, so once their coworker took over, I was still trying to ask if I can add meat into a quesadilla, and I just kept getting asked, “burrito or bowl?” I tried explaining that I wanted two of the kids quesadilla meal, but it just wouldn’t go through their heads. Our family would order at this location since the kids like the food and it’s easy as a busy family. We’ve finally had it and will no longer go to this location. The staff is extremely rude, 0 customer service and the food is just not prepared properly. Either super spicy or salty, can’t get orders correct (ordered a meal and they added no meat, just rice and pico???? and we’ve just had it. 3-4 times this has happened. Spoke to a ‘manager’ and obviously falls on deaf ears. Recommendation is just NOT GOING. We’ve had it…. New leadership, new processes, and significant training needed, or just close the location.
Congrats on making the worst Chipotle ever! As if it's really that hard to throw pre portioned food into a burrito!! This location should be shut down. The portions are whack and the food is inedible. I've tried giving this location multiple chances but save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. Couldn't even eat my meal as they put some unknown substance in my burrito. Wouldn't be surprised if I got food poisoning tonight. This location needs to get rid of everyone and rehire because wow. Do better it really is not that hard!!
Save your money and go elsewhere. The staff are very rude—except for the larger gentleman—but especially the manager, who is downright unpleasant. The portions are laughably small, with just a few bites of rice. When you ask for extra rice, they try to charge you, even though the website clearly states that extra rice is free. Overall, I’d give this place a 0/10. It definitely needs a new manager and larger portions. Based on multiple visits, I strongly advise against coming here.

The quality of this restaurant has been below average for years. They have difficulty retaining trained staff, even with a starting wage of $19. The location often runs out of menu items, and it seems that the tables are reserved for employees on breaks. This site only offers takeout, and it desperately needs better management or should consider closing down. Chipotle corporate should not tolerate this situation.
When I arrived, the sign said online orders only, so I placed my order online. However, the bowl I received had very little food in it. Additionally, the woman asked me to show proof of vaccination but didn’t request it from the other white customers until I noticed and questioned her. They also didn’t have any forks available. On top of that, the bowl tasted a bit off.
The restaurant was facing some unexpected challenges, but they were doing their best to manage the situation. Many frustrated customers were expressing their anger. Despite the unforeseen circumstances, our wait was a bit longer than usual, but my order was accurate, which speaks volumes.
The service was incredibly slow. There was only one person attending to customers while the others were chatting and cleaning, despite there being eight guests present.

I grabbed a burrito from Chipotle Mexican Grill and then went to Rakestraw Books, where I found an incredible book!
Fast quality texmex. Chipotle is always a great choice. It's fresh and good.
