I came here last Friday 7/12/2024. I can’t believe the experience I had. First I walk in to see a worker cleaning using chemicals while the food was right there no coverage or nothing. It was almost closing time so I guess they were in a hurry to leave. When I get to the counter the worker says nothing to me or my friend just continues cleaning I then asked for a bowl and he said he will be with me in a minute, I beg your pardon. I was beyond in shock as it took him about 5 minutes to assist us. While he is making my bowl he is literally rushing me down the line I felt very uncomfortable as we were the only people getting food at the time there was no need to rush. My son went to buy a burrito bowl with guacamole, and I was shocked at how little food he received for $14. The bowl was not even half full! I understand the need to cut back, but if I wanted him to have a kids meal, I would have paid for one. It's clear that they have reduced the amount of ingredients, even the extras that cost more. This is not a sustainable way to do business; customers can see what's happening.

This is a pleasant restaurant with attentive staff. The food is consistently fresh and served hot. Vegetarian options are abundant, but there aren't many choices for dietary restrictions. Parking is free for up to two hours. The restaurant is not very kid-friendly, but it is wheelchair accessible.
Chipotle is generally bland. I placed an order for pickup, but it ended up taking 20 minutes longer than the promised time. Waiting in line would have been four times faster. If you want a properly made tortilla, save your time and money and go to Qdoba instead.
avoid mobile orders from here. they give you such a small portion. which is unfair because your paying the full price. i ordered chicken tacos and got maybe 2-3 pieces of chicken in each taco.
Ordered for pickup and had an incorrect order and missing ingredients. Very stingy on ingredients as well on the tacos. The burrito bowl was a little better (minus the incorrect order).

Delicious food and outstanding service! Definitely worth the price! Kid-friendly: The staff were very kind and courteous to the children!
Nasty workers. They also tried to charge me extra for the regular amount of meat. Will not be coming back.
